Ethereal Client Policies

FIRST VISIT

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time to check in and complete intake paperwork.

LATE ARRIVAL

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests.

LATE CANCELLATION, late reschedule & MISSED APPOINTMENTs

  • 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
  • Late cancellations subject to a $100 fee.
  • Missed appointments will incur the full charge for the scheduled service.

PRICES & PROMOTIONS

  • Prices, services, and products are subject to change without notice.
  • Special offers and discounts may not be combined.
  • We automatically apply the discount of greater value when presented with multiple opportunities.

Payments

  • We do not bill insurance.  Some FSA/HSA Cards are accepted.  Contact your provider for approved uses.
  • Accepted: Cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cherry Finance, Ethereal Aesthetics gift cards 
  • We accept Evolus rewards for Jeuveau toxin treatments.
  • We do not accept checks. No exceptions.
  • Prices subject to change without notice.

GIFT CARDS

  • All sales are final – gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • No shows count as redemption.

  • Expiration date – gift cards must be redeemed by the expiration date. If if was issued for a service or treatment – the service/treatment must occur prior to the expiration date.

  • Not redeemable for gratuity – gift cards may not be applied toward tips.

  • Lost or stolen cards – gift cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

  • Not transferable for resale – cards may not be resold or transferred for promotional use without written consent.

  • Partial redemptions – unused balances remain on the card for future use until depleted or expired.

  • Not valid for memberships/contracts – gift cards may not be used toward ongoing memberships or subscription fees (if applicable).

  • Appointment no-shows – if a service is booked with a gift card and the client does not show or cancels late, the amount of the service may be deducted from the gift card balance.

  • Fraud prevention – Ethereal Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold cards suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, or tampering.

  • Applicable to services and/or retail only – gift cards can only be used for eligible services and retail products offered in-clinic.

  • Cannot be combined with certain promotions – gift cards may not be applied toward discounted packages, promotional offers, or special event pricing (unless stated otherwise).

  • Proof of purchase – the original receipt or purchaser’s name may be required for redemption. If you are the recipient of a gift card, you must bring the gift card in for redemption.

  • All forms of gift cards issued must be used before the expiration date. If it for a service, the service must occur prior to or on the expiration date. No exceptions.  

REFUNDS

  • Services: No refunds on services rendered and/or pre purchased packages.
  • Products: No refunds or returns permitted on retail products, all sales are final.
  • Botulinum Toxin: Additional units for touch-ups require payment.
  • Prescription Products: No refunds or exchanges under federal law.

SCHEDULING

  • Online booking requires a credit card to secure appointments.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

  • Notify us of health conditions that may affect treatments.
  • If you are sick please notify us so we can reschedule your appointment.
  • Consult a doctor for certain health conditions before treatment.
  • If you are prone to cold sores, please notify our provider prior to scheduling any treatments that may cause an outbreak to occur. 
  • If you have an active sunburn, please reschedule your appointment if it involves the affected area, for when you are completely healed.

ILLNESS, COLD SORES, SUNBURNS, ETC.

  • Cancel appointments when unwell.
  • If you are prone to cold sores, please notify our provider at the time you are scheduling any cosmetic procedures or treatments that may require prophylactic/preventative medication. 
  • Contagious illnesses may require rescheduling.
  • If you have an active or healing sunburn, please call our office if you are scheduled for any treatments to the affected area.

  • Defective or damaged items – must be reported within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt for possible replacement or store credit.

  • Unopened/unused returns (if allowed) – may be accepted within 7 days of purchase at management’s discretion, and only with original receipt.

  • No returns on prescription products – prescription skincare or medications are non-returnable, per federal law.

  • Gift with purchase items – if a return is accepted, complimentary items must also be returned or their value will be deducted from credit issued.

  • Clearance/final sale items – discounted or promotional products are final sale, with no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

  • Skin reactions – we cannot guarantee individual results; reactions must be handled case by case with provider guidance.

  • Lost or stolen products – Ethereal Aesthetics is not responsible for products once they leave the premises.

  • Price adjustments – we do not offer retroactive discounts or price adjustments after purchase.

  • Proof of purchase required – returns, credits, or exchanges (if applicable) require the original receipt and are at the manager’s discretion.

CELL PHONES

  • Hold calls until after check-in, treatment, and check-out.
  • Phones on silent during appointments.

RIGHT OF SERVICE

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate, aggressive, or abusive behavior by anyone.
  • The client has the right to stop  treatments at any time.

CHILDREN

  • Children not permitted in treatment rooms.
