FIRST VISIT

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time to check in and complete intake paperwork.

LATE ARRIVAL

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests.

LATE CANCELLATION & MISSED APPOINTMENT

  • 24-hour cancellation policy.
  • Late cancellations subject to a $50 fee.
  • Missed appointments will incur the full deposit charge for the scheduled service.

PRICES & PROMOTIONS

  • Prices, services, and products are subject to change without notice.
  • Special offers and discounts may not be combined.
  • We automatically apply the discount of greater value when presented with multiple opportunities.

Payments

  • We do not bill insurance.
  • Prices subject to change without notice.
  • Accepted: Cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cherry Finance, Ethereal Aesthetics gift cards 
  • We accept Alle, Xperience, Evolus, MyBeautyHealth and Aspire rewards.
  • We do not accept checks. No exceptions.

GIFT CARDS

  • Use gift cards toward any service or product.
  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

REFUNDS

  • Services: No refunds on services rendered.
  • Botulinum Toxin: Additional units for touch-ups require payment.
  • Prescription Products: No refunds or exchanges under federal law.

SCHEDULING

  • Online booking requires a credit card to secure appointments.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

  • Notify us of health conditions that may affect treatments.
  • Consult a doctor for certain health conditions before treatment.

ILLNESS, COLD SORES, SUNBURNS, ETC.

  • Cancel appointments when unwell.
  • Contagious illnesses may require rescheduling.

GIFT CERTIFICATES AND RETAIL PRODUCTS

  • Gift certificates non-refundable.
  • Mention certificates when making appointments.
  • Refunds unavailable for a series of treatments.

CELL PHONES

  • Hold calls until after check-in, treatment, and check-out.
  • Phones on silent during appointments.

RIGHT OF SERVICE

  • Reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior.
  • The client has the right to stop treatments at any time.

CHILDREN

  • Children not permitted in treatment rooms.
